Why The House? Why this student population? You may find an answer to these questions on our website, but there is so much more to the story than what you see here. It has been almost 4 years since we officially became The House. And I am amazed at the connections we have made over that time. We have walked through some traumatizing life events with students, we have celebrated graduations and new careers, we have listened and encouraged.

I often tell our student friends that we are privileged to know them. I consider them the brightest that the world has to offer. And to think that they are sitting at my table, conversing with me is overwhelming. My heart is so full whenever they are here. I can’t imagine my life without them.

Through this blog I hope to share snapshots of our interactions with the population we proudly serve. I hope you will check back to learn more of the story.
